Dr. Divya Sussana Patil Patil is a Public Health researcher trained in evidence synthesis and qualitative research. Her field of interest includes working in ageing research and using different methodologies such as qualitative methods and evidence synthesis through systematic reviews, overviews of systematic reviews, scoping reviews, evidence and gaps maps, and realist reviews. She has over ten years of total work experience in research and teaching. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Health Technology and Informatics, Coordinator of the Centre for Evidence-informed Decision-making (formerly known as Public Health Evidence South Asia), and is the Co-Director of Cochrane Affiliate Centre – MAHE, Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), MAHE. She is a Cochrane staff member with a core group role in the Cochrane India Network (MAHE). She is also a recipient of the Erasmus+ mobility grant to Utrecht University, the Netherlands for her PhD research. She has experience of mentoring postgraduate students and PhD scholars in evidence synthesis methods, especially scoping and systematic reviews. At present she is involved in research and capacity building in evidence synthesis and a co-investigator of ongoing funded projects.

Dr. Edlin Glane Mathias, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Technology and Informatics at the Prasanna School of Public Health, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. A specialist in evidence synthesis and health research, she brings comprehensive expertise in systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, rapid reviews, overviews of reviews, and mixed-method studies addressing clinical and public health priorities. Her research portfolio includes pediatric pain management, digital health, healthcare equity, and health systems strengthening, with widely recognized contributions published in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals. She serves on the editorial board of BMC Public Health and is a recipient of the TMA Pai Gold Medal for her outstanding research in pediatric pain management. As a committed mentor, Dr. Mathias supports early career researchers and healthcare professionals in applying evidence-informed approaches to practice and policy. She collaborates actively with interdisciplinary teams and industry partners to drive impactful, context-relevant research. As Faculty at Cochrane Affiliate Centre-MAHE and an Evidence Ambassador for World Evidence-Based Healthcare Day, Dr Mathias fosters evidence-based practice and stakeholder engagement to advance informed healthcare decision-making.

Elstin Anbu Raj S is working as Research Fellow at Centre for Evidence-informed Decision-making. He has completed his bachelor’s and master’s in pharmacy and currently pursuing his Ph.D from Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE, Manipal. He holds significant experience in providing consultations and conducting various forms of evidence synthesis including scoping review, systematic review, and meta-analysis. He has clinical experience in various healthcare settings and has two years of industrial proficiency in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economic and Outcome Research (HEOR). His research interests lie in economic evaluations, reviews for health technology assessment and in economic modelling and simulations. He is an active member of The Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research, The International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE) and Indian Society of Clinical Research (ISCR). He has co-authored several publications and served as a guest reviewer in the field of medicine and pharmacy.
